MyChart 

1. Open the link you received

• Click the MyOryx/MyChart link from your dental office.

• It should take you to a page where you can set up your account.

2. Create your password

• You'll likely see a page asking you to create a password.

• Enter your new password.

• Re-enter it in the confirmation box if prompted.

• Choose something strong that you don't use on other websites.

3. Create your username

• The portal may then ask you to choose a username.

• Pick something you'll easily remember.

4. Enter/confirm your email address

• Enter the email address you want connected to your account.

• Double-check that it's correct because it may be used for notifications or account recovery.

5. Verify your email or phone

• You may receive a verification code by text or email.

• Enter that code when prompted.

• If you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

Two-step verification is commonly used by MyChart portals to protect your health information. Please note it could take a few minutes to get this code!

6. Accept the terms and conditions

• Read through the terms if you'd like.

• Check the box agreeing to the terms.

• Click Accept, Continue, or Next.

7. Finish setting up your account

• Once everything is completed, you should be taken to your patient portal home screen.
   

• You may see things such as:

  • Appointments

  • Messages

  • Billing/payment information

  • Forms

  •  Dental/health information

  • Notifications

After creating an account, please fill out the paperwork. You will know it’s complete when it has check marks!
